Bedrooms:   The two spacious bedrooms are decorated in a clean, contemporary style, yet exude warmth and homeliness throughout.

The elegant twin bedroom has two single beds.  The gorgeous master bedroom has a double bed and ample storage together with a beautiful vista of Erquy harbour.

Washroom: Situated between the two bedrooms, the luxurious washroom has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. 

Garden and garage: The secure back garden has a patio area (perfect for barbecues) and lawn and is equipped with patio table and chairs for your further relaxation.

The property also contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and hairdryer.  The garage is large enough to accommodate a Rolls-Royce so will accommodate just about any car (see picture below).

Families: Maison Theo is equipped with stair gates, a buggy, a high chair, portable cotbed and a baby bath.  There is also a selection of children's DVDs and toys.
